Natural Gas Transmission Line Pipe

Natural gas transmission line pipe is the core component of long-distance and high-pressure natural gas transmission projects, designed specifically to ensure efficient and safe transportation of clean energy. It is widely used in cross-regional energy trunk lines, urban gas transmission and distribution networks, and industrial gas supply systems. Made of high-quality carbon steel and low-alloy high-strength steel, the product includes two main types: seamless steel pipes and electric resistance welded pipes, manufactured in strict compliance with international and domestic standards such as API 5L and GB/T 9711.

The pipes adopt a series of steel grades from X42 to X80, featuring stable yield strength and tensile strength, which can adapt to high-pressure transmission conditions and resist internal pressure and external geological loads. The production process implements precise forming technology, ensuring qualified roundness and dimensional accuracy of the pipe body, stable weld quality. Seamless pipes achieve dense and uniform internal structure through hot rolling and cold drawing processes. The whole process is equipped with non-destructive testing, including ultrasonic testing and radiographic testing, to inspect defects one by one, ensuring no cracks or inclusions in the pipe body, and the air tightness and structural integrity meet the stringent industry requirements.

The outer wall of the product mostly adopts a three-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion coating, and the inner wall can be matched with an epoxy powder coating, effectively resisting corrosion from soil acid-base, moisture, and media such as hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide in natural gas. The specifications cover a variety of outer diameters and wall thicknesses, which can be customized according to transmission pressure and geological conditions, adapting to different laying environments such as plains, mountains, and coastal areas. The product has good low-temperature toughness and fatigue resistance, is not easy to deform or crack during long-term service. Combined with standardized connection technology, it ensures the continuous and stable operation of the pipe network system, providing reliable pipe support for global energy transmission.
