Product Overview:
Steam insulation pipe is a specialized pipeline product designed for the safe and efficient transportation of high-temperature steam over long distances. It features a multilayer structure that includes a durable steel carrier pipe, high-performance thermal insulation, and an outer protective casing, ensuring minimal heat loss and excellent long-term performance under harsh operating conditions.
Structure Composition:
Inner Pipe (Carrier Pipe): Made of seamless or welded steel pipe (e.g., Q235B, Q345B, 20#), responsible for transporting steam.
Insulation Layer: Typically made from rigid polyurethane foam or high-density glass wool, offering superior thermal insulation and energy efficiency.
Outer Protective Casing: Commonly made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or spiral-welded steel pipe, protecting the insulation and inner pipe from mechanical damage, moisture, and corrosion.
