Structure of 3PE Coating:
The 3PE coating consists of three integrated layers:

1. Fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE) inner layer – provides strong adhesion to the steel pipe surface and offers corrosion resistance.

2. Copolymer adhesive middle layer – bonds the FBE to the outer polyethylene layer and provides enhanced shear resistance.

3. Polyethylene outer layer – protects the pipe from mechanical damage during handling, transportation, and installation.
