Structure Composition:
Inner Pipe (Carrier Pipe): Made of seamless or welded steel pipe (e.g., Q235B, Q345B, 20#), responsible for transporting steam.
Insulation Layer: Typically made from rigid polyurethane foam or high-density glass wool, offering superior thermal insulation and energy efficiency.
Outer Protective Casing: Commonly made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or spiral-welded steel pipe, protecting the insulation and inner pipe from mechanical damage, moisture, and corrosion.
