Product Overview:
High pressure boiler tubes are seamless steel tubes specifically manufactured for the high-temperature and high-pressure conditions found in power plant boilers, superheaters, reheaters, and heat exchangers. These tubes are engineered to deliver superior creep resistance, thermal stability, and oxidation resistance, ensuring safe and efficient operation in extreme environments.

    • ASTM A192 / A209 / A210 / A213 / A335

    • EN 10216-2 / DIN 17175

    • GB 5310 (Chinese standard for seamless steel boiler tubes)

  • Materials:

    • Carbon steel: 20G, ST45.8/III, SA192

    • Alloy steel: T11, T12, T22, P91, 15CrMoG, 12Cr1MoVG

    • Stainless steel: TP304, TP316L (for specific high-temp corrosion environments)

  • OD Range: 10.2 mm – 114 mm

  • Wall Thickness: 1.5 mm – 20 mm
