Product Overview:
The 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe is a high-performance pipeline product designed to transport oil, gas, water, and other fluids in demanding underground or underwater environments. It combines the structural strength of steel with a three-layer polyethylene (3PE) coating system to ensure superior corrosion resistance and extended service life.

Structure of the 3PE Coating:
The 3PE coating consists of three integrated layers:

1. Inner Layer – Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE): Provides strong adhesion to the steel surface and excellent resistance to corrosion.

2. Middle Layer – Copolymer Adhesive: Bonds the epoxy and polyethylene layers, offering flexibility and resistance to shear forces.

3. Outer Layer – Polyethylene (PE): Offers mechanical protection against impact, abrasion, and environmental stress during installation and service.
